Inspired by Japan’s cocktail culture, Seiko releases a line of ‘cocktail times’ each named after a specific drink at the world renound sky bar in Tokyo and taking design inspiration from said drink. The half and half reinstates the idea of a dress watch keeping it simple with just a date display letting the gold leaf texture on the dial take centre stage. Inspired by drinking through a cocktail glass, the dial catches light from all angles displaying it’s intricate design, furthermore a display caseback is fitted showing off the gold coloured skeletonised rotor on the automatic calibre 4R35.
