Michael Lynes began his apprenticeship in Birmingham in the 70’s and has held a huge variety of positions within the industry throughout his career.
Established Since 1987
Michael Lynes experience has gained him extensive knowledge in various fields including the insurance aspects of jewellery ownership, the mechanics of watch and clock making, the grading of diamonds and the commissioning of personal pieces to mention but a few! He has a very particular interest in vintage jewellery and silver, and gets a lot of personal satisfaction from seeing older items being given a new lease on life.

Michelle is our highest qualified team member, having completed both jet 1 & jet 2 courses. She is the line manager, keeping both the team and all the books in check. Michelle has rapidly developed her skills over the 4 years she has spent with us and is keen to progress further…
Nicolas Opalczewski
Nico began with us as an early a-level student looking for work experience. He has since developed from a Saturday boy to an apprentice working full time, acquiring an arsenal of knowledge along the way and is now also taking care of the watches and website development.
Evelyn Roberts
Evelyn is the newest addition to our team. She is settling in well and has taken on the duty of our repairs department. Evelyn is keen to develop her skills within an industry that is new to her.
