Inspired by Japan’s cocktail culture, Seiko releases a line of ‘cocktail times’ each named after a specific drink at the world renound sky bar in Tokyo and taking design inspiration from said drink. The acacia is one of the new trio of cocktail times to utilise GMT functionality and diverging from the simplicity of the cocktail time design philosophy. Inspired by the texture of a cocktail glass, the dial catches light from all angles displaying it’s intricate design with the gmt hand being inspired by the glass’s stem, furthermore a display caseback is fitted showing off the automatic calibre 4R34.
